“Oh my gosh!!! Congratulations,” Britt Selwood wrote before husband Joel added, “Beautiful news.”
Captain Patrick Dangerfield left a series of love hearts, while Channel 7 commentator Abbey Holmes wrote “Yay !! Congrats guys.”
The engagement news comes nine months after they welcomed their first child into the world.
The pair first shared their pregnancy news in the same week Geelong won the 2022 premiership.
After kicking 65 goals in the Cats’ triumphant 2022, Cameron began last year in hot form.
But he faded in the second half of the year as the Cats missed the finals for just the second time in Chris Scott’s time as coach.
Cameron still finished the season with 53 goals and remains one of the best players in the game.
